π₯ Zucchini Green Detox Drink
Ingredients:
2β3 medium zucchinis
Water (for boiling)
1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
Juice of Β½ lemon π
1 small green apple (optional, for taste)
A small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Honey or dates (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
Wash & cut the zucchinis into large chunks (no need to peel).
Boil them in water for about 8β10 minutes until tender.
Drain and let them cool slightly.
Add the cooked zucchini to a blender.
Add cold water (or coconut water), lemon juice, and optional apple/ginger.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and sweeten lightly if needed.
